William is a Chartered Accountant who brings over eight years of experience across a board spectrum of corporate services and equity capital markets, including corporate advisory, capital raisings, IPOs, RTOs, and M&A.
He has led and supported numerous transactions, from private placements and pre-IPO through to IPOs and secondary market capital raisings. William has developed strong relationships with investors and issuers and has significant experience in a diverse range of sectors including industrials, resources and technology.
William holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Accounting) from Curtin University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
