Jo has over 30 years’ experience in the Australian capital markets working in a variety of roles encompassing corporate advisory and ECM, funds management and institutional equity sales.
Prior to joining PAC Partners, Jo was Joint Head of Investment Banking at Lodge Partners in Melbourne for +14 years, where he led transactions for clients in the broader industrial and healthcare sectors. Jo has advised small to large corporate clients on a range of transactions including divestments/spin-outs, IPOs and secondary financings, and private placements.
Earlier roles included portfolio manager at Capital Creation in Sydney and in institutional equities with Lodge Partners and Ord Minnett Securities in Melbourne.
