He has deep expertise across institutional and retail sales, research, and corporate advisory, with a strong track record in placements, rights issues, IPOs, recapitalisations, and M&A advisory. Ian has advised on capital raisings and strategic transactions for both listed and unlisted companies, particularly in the small-cap sector. His sector experience spans health, technology, media, energy, transport, professional services, agriculture, infrastructure, and mining services.
